How does overtaking work?

1. Cancel a lesson of your course round on time* by sending an email to info@happy-hippies.nl stating your name, the part of the day on which you will participate in the course and the date of the time you are unable to attend.
* On time means that for evening classes you have cancelled on the day of the class before 9:00 in the morning, for morning classes at the latest the evening before the class at 19:00. For all later cancellations your class will unfortunately be forfeited and you will not be able to make it up. We do not make exceptions.

2. If you unsubscribed on time, you will earn 1 credit. This gives you the opportunity to claim one catch-up opportunity in the block in which you participate. Are there no catch-up opportunities (anymore) within your course round? Then the credit will expire.

3. Use your credit by choosing a catch-up option listed below (if available). Send an email to info@happy-hippies.nl to claim it. Include your name, the date you missed a class and the class you want to claim. Whoever emails first gets the class. You will always receive an email back with a confirmation or rejection. Only then can you attend the class.

Catching up always takes place in the same 10-week block.
