Size chart rings
You have seen our beautiful rings in the webshop and would like to buy a ring. But before that you want to know whether the ring fits properly. Measuring your ring size yourself is very easy. Below we explain to you in our ring size chart how measuring ring sizes is easy with a few tools.
Size chart
Happy Hippies rings have a fixed size. We use the inner diameter as a measurement because it is easiest to measure yourself. You will find a table below to help you find your ring size. On the left is a list with diameters in millimeters. This is the diameter of the inside of the ring, which you can easily measure yourself in rings you already have. Below we have some more tricks to determine your ring size.
Tricks
-
Inner diameter of a ring you already have
The easiest way to determine a ring size is to use a ring that fits properly. This is also useful if you want to give someone a ring as a gift, for example. Take the appropriate ring and place it on the center of a ruler. Place the inside at 0 millimeters and read the number of millimeters on the other inside. This is the inside diameter ring size. Happy Hippies generally uses this size for the rings.

Use a piece of string to measure your ring size
If you do not have a suitable ring for the right finger, it is best to estimate the ring size by using a piece of string. Twist the string (not too tight) around the finger you will be wearing the ring on and cut it where it meets. Measure the piece of string in millimeters. The length of the string is the circumference of your finger and therefore the circumference of the ring size you need. Check the table to see which diameter ring size corresponds to it. Instead of a piece of string, you can also use a strip of paper that you cut or mark with a pen.

Use a measuring tape to measure your ring size
This is not easy to do, but it is nice if you want to measure your ring size, especially for wide rings. Wrap the measuring tape around your finger and read the number of millimeters where the tape meets. The length you now have is the circumference of your finger and therefore the circumference size of your ring. You can look up the appropriate diameter ring size in the table above.
