Our goldsmith is passionate about the profession and has a lot of experience in repairing jewelry. We understand that a piece of jewelry has sentimental value and therefore treat it with the utmost care. If we think that we cannot carry out a repair properly, which would make the jewelry more beautiful, then we will not accept it.

We do not accept these repairs

  • Base materials


    Only repairs of real precious metals such as silver and gold can be carried out in our workshop.

  • Broken links of fine chains and bracelets

    We can, however, replace the necklace or bracelet with a new one and transfer any charms.

  • Jewelry with delicate stones

    Some stones may discolor or break during repair. Have your jewelry checked in our store to determine whether we can repair it.
