Happy Hippies is a jewelry brand founded in 2015. From subtle necklaces to enchanting, detailed rings, all Happy Hippies jewelry is made of high-quality precious material such as silver and 14k gold and contains genuine gemstones. The brand was founded from the desire for truly unique, high-quality, but affordable jewelry with a reference to nature. From November 2019 we have our surfer chic boutique,
head office and studio opened at Halstraat 9 in the center of Breda. In addition to our extensive jewelry collection, here you will also find our own clothing line as well as other cool products with meaning that make the store even more beautiful.
Of course we hope that you are happy with your new Happy Hippies acquisition(s)! If you are not satisfied or it is not the right size, you can exchange or return your order. Please inform us of this within 14 calendar days by sending an email to info@happy-hippies.nl. After this time we can no longer return money.
1. Report the exchange within 14 calendar days by sending an email to info@happy-hippies.nl. Always state the order number, your name, the product name and preferably the reason for the return. After this period we can no longer refund money.
2. In case of an exchange: Order the desired product or size online via www.happy-hippies.nl. You will immediately see whether we have this product in stock. Is it out of stock? Always mention the desired size/product in the email, who knows, we may receive it soon and you can reserve it.
3. Send your return in the original packaging within 14 calendar days to the address below or deliver your package to our store (same address). After this period we can no longer refund money. Please include the packing slip.

Please note: Returns are at your own expense and risk. We kindly but emphatically ask you to send our items with care, just as we send them to you. Therefore, always use the original packaging or at least a box. Using a box is very important, especially when sending jewelry, to prevent damage. Damaged returns will not be refunded. We strongly recommend that you always send the package with a tracking code. For returns that fit through the letterbox, we recommend using the 'Letterbox post track & trace' method at the post office (approximately €4). Packages sent by regular mail cannot be traced and are unfortunately more likely to be lost in the post.
4. When the package has arrived with us, we will refund the purchase amount. In the meantime, you can probably already enjoy the right product you ordered!
5. Gift cards, custom products and damaged or worn items cannot be returned.
